Once staging is done, we bring in the professional photographers at Truplace for the best quality photos and virtual tour. According to a Real Estate Staging Association study done in 2010, staged homes sell on average 67% faster than non-staged homes. Truplace finds that homes with their services sell 67% faster as well! These services combined are essential to getting you the best price in the least amount of time.

Our full color brochures are custom designed and printed on thick gloss paper, your home will certainly leave an impression on the buyer and our brochure will further enforce this impression. It’s important for buyers who enter the house to have all the information available to them, with out printed materials, the buyer will have everything they need to make the right decision.
